Fulgent Technologies Ltd provide IT software solutions, hardware solutions, SaaS solutions and IT services.

Fulgent Helpdesk

Fulgent Technologies Ltd operates an online helpdesk system for contracted customers.
Personal details including your name, email address(s), contact telephone numbers and job title may be recorded. All details stored are required for the operation and support of the solution or service provided by Fulgent Technologies Ltd and are therefore bound by the separate service and/or contract agreement in place with your employer.
Fulgent Technologies Ltd would expect your employer to notify us of any changes or data removal request(s) as Fulgent Technologies Ltd cannot actively monitor your employment status and relevance to any contracts in place.
Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company.

People who call our Support Department

When you call Fulgent Technologies Ltd.’s Support department we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information.
We use this information to help monitor and improve our efficiency and effectiveness.

People who email us

Fulgent Technologies Ltd use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with security best practices. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be encrypted and protected in transit.
When you contact us via direct e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need.

Log Files
